This Privacy Policy describes how Apex Suited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you install or use the Apex Stock Counter app (the "App") in connection with your Shopify store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: We collect data such as your shop's name, domain, and email address to authenticate your account and provide customer support.
• Product & Inventory Data: The App reads your product variants and inventory levels. This is strictly required for the App to display stock counters and scarcity alerts on your storefront. We do not use this data for any purpose other than displaying it to your customers.

We do not collect or store your customers' personal information (PII) such as names, shipping addresses, or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect from you to:

• Provide and operate the App services (displaying stock levels).
• Communicate with you regarding app updates, technical support, or billing.
• Improve and optimize our App's performance and user interface.

3. Technologies Used

The App uses standard web technologies to function on your storefront:

• Cookies & Local Storage: We may use browser storage to remember specific display settings or to prevent stock counters from reloading unnecessarily (caching).
• App Embeds & Blocks: The App injects code into your theme via Shopify's Theme Extensions API. This code runs only when a user visits your product or collection pages.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

5. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
